Synergetic Coatings » NEDOX®
In the NEDOX® process, a nickel-phosphor alloy is applied to the substrate surface under defined conditions. This layer contains numerous micro pores that are enlarged in patented mass processes. The surface is sealed by the controlled impregnation of polymer particles. At the end of the Nedox process, there is complete integration of the polymer particles into the layer.
The Nedox process creates a new, extremely hard, smooth and self-lubricating surface with high wear and corrosion resistance. Nedox is at the same time chemically resistant and it has long-lasting non-stick antistatic proprieties.
