AHC Pneumatic tubes are aluminum round tubes with a HART-COAT ®-anodized layer. These tubes are used mainly in the pneumatics industry as well as in low pressure hydraulics. Through horicontal honing machines the round tubes can be honed up to a length of 3 meter. Doing this, a very narrow fit with a minimum of roughness can be created.
The pneumatic tubes are standard coated with a HART-COAT ®-layer. For the properties of this anodised layer please consult section “HART-COAT ®”
The maximum length for pneumatic tube is 3 meter. However, the tubes can be cut to any requested length and, if necessary, machined according to customers specifications. The dimensions of the tubes is very divers. The standard inside diameters are between 25 mm and 262 mm. A price list with further details can be requested at the “Customer Service Department” at plant in Venlo.
There is no minimum order quantity. With regards to the technical specifications we distinguish between the standard and the ultra tubes:
